I’m Rachel Bilbo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and create more meaningful, fulfilling lives. My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique story. I believe that healing happens in a space where people feel seen, heard, and safe—where all parts of them are welcomed without judgment.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications and spent six years working in sales and marketing. Over time, I recognized a desire for more meaningful and fulfilling work, which led me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work from Western Carolina University. Since then, I've gained experience in various settings, including community crisis intervention, inpatient addiction treatment, and college counseling.
One thing that sets me apart as a clinician is my identity as a highly sensitive person (HSP), which gives me a unique ability to attune to the emotions and experiences of others on a deep level. My work is guided by both intuition and heart, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that fosters self-compassion, insight, and meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, and isolation. I also have a passion for supporting recent college graduates navigating the challenges of life transitions and identity formation, as well as individuals who identify as highly sensitive and feel overwhelmed by the world around them. My goal is to help clients strengthen their self-trust, increase self-worth, and feel more confident and content in their lives.

Life Outside The Clinic
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me spending time outdoors with my husband and our son—hiking, camping, and playing in creeks. We share our home with two playful cats, who keep us endlessly entertained. I love starting new books (finishing them is a different story!) and silly dancing to my favorite playlists. I also enjoy surfing, journaling, and hunting for shark teeth at the beach.
